We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with BIM Managers, supporting the implementation of BIM processes and workflows on significant projects and the modelling of various engineering disciplines. You will also collaborate closely with project stakeholders, conduct BIM audits, run clash detection processes, and provide technical guidance. - Your skills and experience._

What you will do:

- Assist with implementing BIM processes and workflows and prepare engineering models, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct quality checks of BIM information to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Extract data from BIM models to support project reporting, quantity take-offs, and sustainability calculations
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, e.g. BIM Cadets
- Detect and resolve clashes, attending clash management and resolution meetings
- Perform 4D construction methodology sequencing and construction programme simulations
- Produce animations and flythroughs for project presentations

What you will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in the AECO industry
- 3+ years’ experience in a BIM management role
- Working knowledge of current local codes of practice and BIM requirements, including ISO 19650 and the NCC
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit (required) and other BIM software options such as MicroStation, 12D, Tekla, or equivalent
- Well versed with with clash detection processing, reporting, and resolution using various BIM tools
- Proven experience of various Common Data Environments (CDE) usage and management, including ACC/BIM360 (required), Aconex (required), ProCore, ProjectWise, TeamBinder, and alike
- Experience with coordination software such as Navisworks (required), BIM360 Coordination (required), Revizto, and others
- Excellent communication, project management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A strong team focus and attention to detail
