**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**We are looking for one Cluster Manager for our Melbourne stores and one Cluster Manager for our Sydney (Northern Beaches) stores. These positions are permanent and full-time.**

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your stores.

Your Responsibilities include:

- Create a sale’s driven culture within the store through daily coaching and team support.
- Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.
- Ensure all KPI's are met.
- Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
- Coach and mentor, your team to become high performers.
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory.
- Work on a roster.
- Proactively use the online system to check stores KPIs, approve timesheets and assist with onboarding of staff, amongst other tasks.

We are looking for an experienced Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams.

- The confidence to be fully accountable for your stores.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Water sports retail management experience and product knowledge, especially surf.
- A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom-line profits.
- Strong desire to develop your career in retail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
