An exciting first-time opportunity exists for an experienced Retail Cluster Manager to lead the team at QV Melbourne and oversee the smooth operating of the High Street Armadale Store.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years management experience in a similar role. You will have a proven ability to drive results by developing a team with exceptional sales skills and customer service, demonstrate clear decision making and problem-solving skills in dealing with all

operational and strategic issues that affect the retail functions. You will be a highly organised and motivated individual who has proven leadership qualities to achieve desired outcomes via the store team and managers.

The primary purpose of this role includes:

  • Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client

    sales and client brand loyalty
  • Provide commentary and feedback through weekly reporting relating to sales including strengths, opportunities and strategy for the weeks/months ahead.
  • Managing store-operating standards
  • Managing monthly rostering
  • Maintaining company policy and procedure
  • Providing consistent training and development for all staff
  • Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards
  • Providing support to store managers to ensure that they are equipped to adequately train their teams
  • Collaborate with store managers to help them build individual development and career planning programs for their teams
  • Manage recruitment of team and managers

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Comprehensive understanding of fashion

    in the Australian market place; including pricing, competitor brands, competitor retailers, influential brands and local demographics
  • At least 2 years' experience in a cluster retail management role
  • The ability to work under pressure and be highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to achieve desired

    outcomes via store managers
  • Ability to further develop and enhance professional relationships
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Strong delegation skills
  • Demonstrate clear decision making and problem solving skills
  • The ability to nurture customer relationships and drive results by developing a team with exceptional sales

    skills and customer service
  • The ability to lead and manage a large team
