Are you a compassionate and skilled Care Manager looking for a thrilling opportunity to lead in a
**brand-new aged care facility**? We're recruiting Care Managers to spearhead the newest
**Sunrise Beach** facility, set to open its doors early next year. If you're passionate about person-centric care, innovative service models, and creating a warm, home-like environment, this is the job for you

**The role**
As a Care Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, providing effective leadership to our clinical and care teams. Your responsibilities include promoting our
**household care model**, ensuring our facilities feel like true homes. You'll be accountable for operational excellence, infection prevention and control, quality compliance, and fostering a values-driven environment.

**Summary of duties**
- Lead a high standard of management and clinical leadership.
- Ensure consistent, professional, and innovative person-centred care.
- Support strategic initiatives in care and service delivery.
- Oversee Infection Prevention and Control procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

**Skills and experience**
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Specialist IPC qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration
- Extensive leadership and management experience in residential care.
- Financial capability to manage operational budgets.
