Are you an experienced **Support Coordinator** looking to work in a supported environment where workloads are **managed effectively and employees are valued?**

**Purpose of the role**: Support people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities to implement their NDIS plan, build on their capacity and achieve their goals.

- Adaptable communication style to suit others’ needs.
- An ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Strong organisational, time, and self-management skills.
- Strong administration skills.
- An ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with various stakeholders, including other service providers, family members, and government agencies.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Understand mental health and its impact on wellbeing.
- Good observation and assessment skills.

**Essential**:

- A Qualification in Mental Health, Community Services or Disability Services or related industry or extensive related industry experience.
- An understanding of the NDIS, NDIS plans and related legislation.
- Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards code of conduct and service standards.
- Solid understanding of the NDIS support coordination role and responsibilities.
- COVID vaccine

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel.
- A safe, reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- Home office space or the ability to create an appropriate working space in your home.
- WWCC or willingness to obtain.
- Police check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation or willingness to obtain.
