Do you have experience in NDIS Support Coordination and are you looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join the Enlighten Caring team and provide quality support services to NDIS participants in the Sydney area.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting clients to reach their NDIS goals by:

- Building their capacity to manage and coordinate their supports
- Implement their NDIS plan while exercising choice and control
- Connect and engage with appropriate mainstream, formal and informal supports
- Budget supports to fit their plan
- Develop and maintain their independence

You will also be required to:

- Record and maintain accurate documentation such as logs and case notes
- Write formal, detailed reports such as Progress reports and Plan Review Reports
- Have written, verbal and/or face to face communication with clients and relevant stakeholders including attending regular meetings to understand and comprehend their needs

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in NDIS Support Coordination
- A passion to help others and a kind and compassionate character
- Commitment to uphold our company values and the NDIS Code of Conduct
- An excellent understanding in NDIS systems and practices
- Diploma in Disability or above or other relevant education
- NDIS Worker Screening
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent computer and word processing skills
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations (or medical exemption)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
