**About Us**:**
At Delta, we're committed to driving operational excellence across our supply chain and commercial functions. We’re looking for a Contract and Procurement Team Lead to lead and evolve our procurement operations.

**Why Your Expertise Matters**:
This is a key leadership role where you will manage a team responsible for procurement operations and contract lifecycle management. You'll play a vital role in integrating procurement and contract systems with enterprise platforms, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency across all sourcing and supplier engagement activities.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Procurement and Contracts specialists — you're the expert they rely on and the go-to for guidance and support.
- Oversee the sourcing process, contract drafting, negotiation, and administration for goods and services.
- Drive the integration of procurement and contract management systems with core business platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and finance to optimize end-to-end procurement and contract workflows.
- Ensure contracts are compliant, risk-managed, and aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Identify and implement digital tools and automation to streamline procurement and contract processes.
- Track and report on KPIs related to procurement efficiency, contract compliance, and supplier performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in a regulated, complex or multi-site environment.
- Experience in an industrial, power or mining background (advantageous).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement systems and ERP integration (Ellipse, Pulse, SAP).
- Solid understanding of contract law, risk management, and supplier governance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field (CIPS, IACCM, or other professional certifications are a plus).
