**We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team at Hungry Jack's within our National Support Centre in Woolloomooloo, Sydney. This is an exciting, newly created position that will work closely with the Logistics Manager to support the success of our Restaurants. This would be an excellent opportunity for a person to gain valuable experience within Supply Chain/Logistics as part of a supportive team.**:
**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- **Assisting the Logistics Manager with supply chain and distribution matters**:

- **Maintaining continuity of supply by ensuring adequate inventory level in the distribution warehouses and direct delivery suppliers**:

- **Promptly resolving shipment and inventory issues as they arise**:

- **Trouble shooting and problem solving to mitigate supply issues affecting store performance**:

- **Ensure price changes occur on a timely basis**:

- **Reporting**:

- **Managing stock movement inter-state as required**:

- **Process invoices relating to logistics matters**:
**Experience and Competencies required**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel**:

- **Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) (Desirable)**:

- **Willingness and enthusiasm to learn**:

- **High capability in time management, multitasking & prioritisation**:

- **Attention to detail**:

- **Problem solving skills**:
