**The role**

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our vibrant Melbourne Contact Centre starting on Monday 3rd April. As the first point of contact for all inbound calls from customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences regarding their everyday banking needs.

**Training and support**

We'll provide you with all the support you need to succeed in your role, including training from our expert trainers, leaders, and mentors. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the banking and financial services sector from the ground up, setting you on a pathway for a successful banking career.

Our Full-Time Bankers work a five-day rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 8pm, with one Saturday and one late shift required per month. The late shift and Saturday are both offered as WFH shifts, making it easier for you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Initially, your training will be on-site, based in our offices for your first 8-week office to ensure you've been set up for success in your role. Once your training is completed, you'll be able to enjoy our flex hybrid WFH model two days per week.
