**The role**

We're seeking motivated individuals to join our vibrant Melbourne Contact Centre in a part-time capacity, starting on **Monday 5th June**. As the first point of contact for all inbound calls from customers. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences regarding their everyday banking needs and inquiries.

**Training and support**

We'll provide you with all the support you need to succeed in your role, including training from our expert trainers, leaders, and mentors. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the banking and financial services sector from the ground up, setting you on a pathway for a successful banking career.

Our Part-Time Bankers work 10.00am-3.00pm, Monday to Friday. Initially, your training will be full time hours, 8.30am-5.00pm on-site, in our offices for your first 8-week office to ensure you've been set up for success in your role. Once your training is completed, you'll then transition into your part-time hours and be able to enjoy our hybrid WFH model two days every week.

By July, we will have relocated from our current Bourke Street offices to a brand new modern, open plan concept Hub in the heart of South Yarra. With views of the Yarra River, City and Bay and mountains in the distance. Based only minutes away from the South Yarra Train Station, our new building includes a range of sustainable and smart features, premium end-of-trip facilities, a Mediterranean styled rooftop bar, and an abundance of cafes and culture in the surrounding area, making it an exciting time to be part of the team.
