ERGO Cafe is on the lookout for a bubbly and passionate supervisor to become a vital part of our team. We're searching for someone with a genuine love for people, hospitality and coffee, with the skill to take handle a high-pressure environment calmly and efficiently. This position will also include elements of supervising staff and reinforcing protocols and procedure standards.

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping drive sales, supporting management to meet goals, and contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

**In this position, duties will include**:

- Assist to meet daily and weekly sales and service targets.
- Supervise and motivate a small team, whilst maintaining a positive yet high-performing environment.
- Actively drive sales and encourage staff to do the same.
- Prepare high-quality coffee with speed and consistency whilst maintaining a clean and organised space.
- Provide genuine service and build rapport with our customers to create a pleasant experience.

**We are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary. We welcome anyone with passion for hospitality, and who enjoy a bit of banter whilst working.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and initiative.
- Leadership ability, and be comfortable working in a high-pressure, team-based environment.

We will be offering a full-time position, providing 35-40 hours over a **flexible** 7 day working roster.
