**What is the role?**

As a **Food and Beverage Champion** for our Timezone Plenty Valley venue, you will be the go-to person in our cafe/kitchen. You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager to ensure that our kitchen and kitchen team run smoothly to provide REMARKABLE service for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Stock management (ordering and receiving from our PARTNER suppliers),
- Shift planning (strong focus on birthday party schedules),
- Food Handling and Food Safety,
- Training/coaching of new and existing team
- Stocktake

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.08 - $29.40 per hour
