**About the Role**

The San Churro team is seeking for team members that are hard-working, highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry_. _We are currently seeking **Duty Manager and Casual Staff** for our **Hightpoint store**.You will also be responsible for contributing to the upkeep and appearance of our Chocolateria as well as OHS standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster, with a fun-loving team in an exciting young company that fosters internal development and promotion.

**About You**

**Duty Manager**
- Ingredients required to succeed in this role include: Management experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
- Experience in a Barista role (desired)
- A people first approach to employees and customers
- Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours

**Casual Staff**
- **Experienced - fantastic**:

- Barista Experience will be a bonus

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Happy attitude and a desire to provide a high level of customer service

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
