Nextt has several Permanent **Part Time** roles available immediately at our **Lilydale **Supported Independent Living.

**Position 1 - Prefer Afternoons?**
- 54 hours Per Fortnight
- Week 1: Monday Sleepover, Tuesday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday PM, Friday OFF, Saturday PM, Sunday PM
- Week 2: Monday OFF, Tuesday PM, Wednesday PM, Thursday PM, Friday PM, Saturday OFF, Sunday OFF

**Position 2 - Prefer Afternoons with 4 day weekend every fortnight?**
- 48 hours Per Fortnight
- Week 1: Monday PM, Tuesday Sleepover, Wednesday AM, Thursday OFF, Friday AM, Saturday AM, Sunday AM
- Week 2: Monday Sleepover, Tuesday AM, Wednesday OFF, Thursday AM, Friday AM, Saturday OFF, Sunday OFF

**Position 6 - 3 day weekend every fortnight with a mix of AM and PM shifts?**
- 47 hours Per Fortnight
- Week 1: Monday OFF, Tuesday AM, Wednesday OFF, Thursday Sleepover, Friday AM (from sleepover), Friday PM (come back same afternoon 10 hour break between shift), Saturday OFF, Sunday OFF
- Week 2: Monday OFF, Tuesday PM, Wednesday Sleepover, Thursday AM, Friday OFF, Saturday AM, Sunday AM

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A passion for supporting people to reach their goals
- Compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness
- Professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability
- A minimum of Cert III in Mental Health/Disability/Community Services/Individual Support/Nursing or higher

**The role may involve**
- Assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
- Behavioural and Mental Health Support
- Light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
- Manual handling and the use of wheelchairs & hoists
- Transportation and social engagement

**Essential Criteria**
- The legal right to work in Australia
- Clear NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check - Employee
- Valid Australian Driver licence with reliable transport
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.46 - $60.00 per hour
