**Disability Support Worker - Lilydale Day and Lifestyle Options Center (DLO)**

We have over 70 years’ experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, and multiple disability and developmental delays across our supported independent living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as well as our Day and Lifestyle Options.

- This is a permanent part-time position of 55 hours per fortnight
- The hours of work is Mon to Fri - 9am to 3pm (including 30 mins unpaid lunch break)
- You will work as a team in a community-based setting (Day and Lifestyle Options Center)
- You will support our customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person-centered approach

As a **Disability Support Worker** in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal - to enable our customers to live as equal and empowered citizens.

**Do it right**

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
