Anytime Fitness is a global 24-hour health and fitness franchise now hiring proactive and passionate **Club Managers** for our Logan Clubs, due to exciting upcoming business growth.

As the **Club Manager**, you'll be the heart of our gym, creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business. You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives
- We are looking for:_
- A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team
- Previous Management, Supervisory, or Team Lead experience, ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry
- Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety - you do not need to be an Althlete
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential — we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it
- Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
- Key tasks:_
- Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service
- Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
- Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
