Anytime Fitness Centrella Group are currently hiring for the Full Time role of Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Para Hills West. We are looking for an outgoing and driven team member to help us maintain an exemplary level of customer service along with further development of a vibrant and friendly culture within our clubs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the club staff & Management of Club operations.
- Office admin to maintain customer communication and proficiency.
- Delivery of Sales Targets & Generation of new sales leads.
- Talk with potential & existing members about their health & fitness goals to maintain great relationships within the club.
- Create a fun, positive club culture.
- Pro-actively build our brand awareness in the community through outreach and social media platforms.
- Ensuring club housekeeping standards are maintained.
