Anytime Fitness is a global 24-hour health and fitness franchise now hiring proactive and passionate Club Managers for our Logan Clubs, due to exciting upcoming business growth.

As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym, creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business. You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives

We are looking for:

  • A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a team
  • Previous Management, Supervisory, or Team Lead experience, ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industry
  • Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety - you do not need to be an Althlete
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential — we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it
  • Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card

Key tasks:

  • Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service
  • Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
  • Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
