Elliot Gardens Retirement Village in Port Phillips (South Australia) is currently seeking a team focused Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for supervising and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the village. You will be working Permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for consulting with contractors and guiding and supporting a team to ensure a high level of resident service and village upkeep, including a wide range of EHS requirements.

The role will involve demonstrating general maintenance and gardening. You will also have knowledge of property management including Environmental Health and Safety regulations. Your proven leadership skills in supervising a team will be evident, as will your consultative, empathetic approach with flexibility and passion for the working in retirement living. You must also have a driver’s license for this role.
