Join our team at BIG4 Port Elliot Holiday Park as a Grounds & Maintenance employee. Successful applicants will play a vital role in working across the day-to-day grounds and maintenance operations of the Holiday Park. You will be required to work in a team environment with the common goal of offering our guests an unforgettable experience at the Holiday Park.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Accommodation and infrastructure repairs and maintenance.
- General gardening and grounds maintenance to uphold the quality of lawns, gardens, and trees.
- Small works/projects assistance as required.
- Maintain the functionality and appearance of accommodation, amenities, and other park buildings to a high standard.
- Safely operate vehicles and equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure the overall presentation of the Holiday Park exceeds guest expectations.
- Utilise chemicals according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) guidelines and maintain chemical knowledge.
- Preparation of linen and housekeeping support may be required in peak times.
- Direct support to Park Manager as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Prior experience in Groundskeeping or Maintenance, is preferred.
- Trade experience beneficial but not essential.
- Capacity to work effectively independently but also within a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to
- Excellent initiative as well as communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining park presentation, functionality and safety standards.
- Knowledge and experience working with power tools and other maintenance equipment essential.
