We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Educational Leader to guide and support our team in delivering meaningful learning experiences. You'll play a key role in driving curriculum excellence, mentoring educators, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

**What We're Looking For**
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT) qualification
- Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQF and current educational practice
- Experience mentoring or coaching educators
- A collaborative and reflective approach to leadership
- Passion for creating engaging learning environments and meaningful connections
