As a **Lead Educator**, you’ll guide and mentor your team to create a calm, nurturing space where our young learners feel safe, supported, and curious. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you’ll help shape meaningful routines and experiences that foster each child's development—while documenting their learning and milestones with love and care, all within a compliant and responsive environment.

**Sparrow Early Learning Buderim**is set in a peaceful Buderim location, our centre is known for its strong team culture and warm, community feel. **What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Proven Room Leader experience is a long-hour learning centre**:

- **Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy**:

- **Current Working with Children Check**:

- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

Pay: $29.71 - $33.80 per hour
