Our Buderim campus is purpose-built with 7 dynamic learning spaces and 3 spacious outdoor areas designed to spark creativity and foster exploration. As a Room Leader, you'll guide your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that set children up for lifelong success.

**What We're Looking For**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or an Early Childhood Teacher qualification
- Previous experience leading or supporting a room (any age group)
- A collaborative approach to mentoring and supporting your team
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Passion for early learning, family connections and child safety
