**Role Overview**

This is an exciting time to join our client's team as they expand internationally and continually evolve their products and services. The heart of this growth is their Customer Success team, dedicated to building lasting and loyal relationships with clients. In this role, you will:

- Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure clients are maximizing the benefits of the product.
- Work under an experienced Customer Success Supervisor in a supportive and dynamic team.
- Build and sustain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective use of features.
- Actively manage customer retention and work on improvement strategies.
- Drive innovations in processes and initiatives.
- Lead product workshops and webinars to enhance product engagement.
- Address customer concerns to maintain high client retention rates.
- Meet and exceed business KPIs.
