**About the role at HelloFresh**

As the Performance Analyst you will primarily be responsible for understanding the mechanics of business metrics, reporting insights to key stakeholders and building the narrative of customer success and product performance. Based in our Chippendale office, this role will be an integral part of the Product Analytics team and is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven individual who is motivated by influencing strategic decision-making to maximise business impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Insights Presentation - Organize and present data to effectively communicate findings
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Data Governance - Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of data governance solutions

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
