We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to run the bar in our new restaurant, which will soon be opening in Castle Hill.

**Position Overview**: The Bar Managers is responsible for the overall operation of the bar, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and motivating and leading a team of passionate individuals.

A minimum 2 -5 years’ experience managing a bar
Strong bar knowledge and experience
Lead, train and mentor bar staff
Exceptional ability to understand the drink selections and to assist customers when needed;
Ability to execute our unique cocktail recipes to a high and consistent standard;
Capacity to multi-task
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Availability to work on a rotating roster including weekdays, weeknights and weekends
Must have an RSA
Must have full working rights for Australia

This is a full time position. You need to be reliable and be able to work a rotating 7 day roster which includes weekends.
