Bartender/server

Qualifications & experience
- Previous Bar/Restaurant experience is required
- Current RSA certificate
- Knowledge of day to day running of a licence venue
- Extensive working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience working closely with Chefs to deliver premium food and beverage offering
- Previous stock control experience including maximising profits and minimising wastage and loss
- Proven experience in successfully managing a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources
- Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment
- trustworthy and reliable alongside full time commitment to the business and development of the bar section

Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure consistent, high quality preparation and execution of all menu items
- Ensure all food safety standards and bar best practices are met
- Create and maintain a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons
- Assist with the recruitment and training of staff to ensure excellent service to patrons
- Work with the Bar Manager to create effective schedules to ensure that bar is adequately staffed at all times
- Keep up to date with licensing legislation and maintaining Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Maintain regular cleaning and maintenance plans in place

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Castle Hill NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food Service Managers: 1 year (required)
- Bar management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
