We are now looking to add another Accounts Payable Officer to our Finance team.

This role is **full time,** based in our Derrimut Head Office. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

You will look after:

- Commissions
- Fines
- Invoicing
- Credit cards
- and other adhoc areas as required

The tasks you will carry out regularly are:

- Invoice data entry/creation
- General ledger and jobs allocation
- Credit card allocation
- Payments and remittance
- Reporting

**About You**
- Experience in the same or similar role
- General Microsoft Office skills and experience
- Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency
- Volume/fast paced booking experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Disciplined & consistent, with a “can-do” attitude
- Enthusiasm to get involved within a thriving culture
