We have an exciting opportunity for a
**Customer Engagement Manager** to join the RTG team, based in Melbourne. You will lead a fantastic customer team to continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences for a portfolio of educational and other industry customers across Australia.

You will build strong and enduring relationships with multiple customer stakeholders taking ownership of the success of all RTG’s engagements and the service we provide - you will be a true advocate for the customer and collaborate effectively across RTG.

You will provide strategic advice and direction to RTG customers as well as to your team. You will be supported by fantastic consulting and specialist teams and your responsibilities will include:

- Ownership of successful customer relationships across a portfolio of managed services customers.
- Addressing customer’s pain points through the effective use of technology
- Providing strategic advice and direction to customers to see the customers grow
- Driving customer retention and high customer engagement
- Leading the team to continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborating with the RTG team to ensure services are delivered to budget, schedule, and desired outcomes for our customers
- Develop and execute Customer Strategies and Roadmaps
- Creating a high-performing and continuous learning team culture
- Contribute to the growth of our people and the RTG business

**To be successful in the role you will bring the following**:

- Proven track record in developing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and bring people on a journey. Solving problems collectively.
- Ability to being able to communicate ideas to diverse groups which include specialists such as technical staff, academic staff, C-Suite, and Boards with equal clarity.
- High energy and passion and the ability to operate collaboratively
- A growth mindset and ability to embrace challenges, change, and continuous learning

**Past roles you may have had**:

- Service Delivery Manager, Relationship Manager, or the like (10+ staff ideally) including strategy, planning, and resource management
- A background working within an educational institution driving technology initiatives for teachers and students from K-12 is advantageous but is not critical if you have the right skills, expertise, and a proven track record to adapt and learn.
