**The Client and Role**:
Our client for this role is a utilities organisation based out of Footscray, they currently have a requirement for a Program Analyst to support the internal projects in all aspects of Finance Management, Resourcing, Scheduling and Reporting. Initally offered as a 6-month contract the role has a strong likelihood of future extensions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Finance - 35%
- Work at Portfolio level Finances
- Maintenance of Project Finance Trackers Template
- Engage with PMs to ensure Budget Trackers have correct forecast & actuals
- Assisting PM’s with accruals at month-end & other month-end finance activities
- Assist Program Manager for portfolio finance, reporting & templates
- Resourcing - 35%
- Resource compilation and forecast
- Assisting PM’s to ensure Resources are not under or over forecasted
- Timesheet Reporting (actiTIME)
- Schedule - 10%
- Helping Project Managers & Master Scheduler with schedule updates
- Reporting - 20%
- Create and refresh Reports & dashboards

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- Experienced Project co-ordinator with good project management disciplines on large projects/ programs
- Tools Skills Required: MS Excel (Macro) - Advanced skills
- Optional (but willing to learn): MS Project, PowerBI and SharePoint Online
- Process Skills Required: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical & problem solving, good communication skills, careful eye for details, and takes pride in quality output, multitasking ability & hands-on
