**The opportunity**

As a Change Analyst at Greater Western Water (GWW), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You will work across the business to assist with change plans involving business and technology initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will execute plans, ensure the successful delivery of our programs, manage the tactical and technical aspects of organisational change, and maintain a culture-led approach where people, customers, and community are at the forefront.

**Responsibilities**
- Scope and manage impacts of the proposed and implemented change, provide documentation, identify risks, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Provide change advice and support for project implementation change readiness.
- Prioritise change management activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate efforts with the project team and SME’s on rollout requirements.
- Provide change management status updates and reports to the relevant project manager.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in successfully delivering change management activities in a transformational context with a high degree of complexity, within a fast-paced environment would be highly regarded.
- Extensive experience delivering internal consultation, along with collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Engaging and effective communication skills both written and verbal, complemented by the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver on agreed objectives, juggle multiple priorities, and meet short timeframes.
- Formal qualification in change management (desirable), along with relevant work experience.
