As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will join a passionate HR team that truly embraces best practice. You will engage with your own client group to work on innovative HR strategies that will take teams to the next level.
- Support and drive process improvements
- Work with senior leaders on restructure and organisational design
- Build effective working relationships with centres of excellence teams
- Provide advice and support on all areas of HR including but not limited to performance, leave, absenteeism, pay, engagement, people or leader issues and development.

**Who are you?**
- Have 2+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with demonstrated experience working with leaders of all levels of the organisation, providing accurate and timely support.
- You are a true “jack of all trades” when it comes to HR. You are incredibly customer focused, demonstrate high integrity and are not afraid to have difficult conversations.
- You thrive and shine in a fast-paced environment. While you are highly organised, you understand that working in the media industry you are going to need to pivot and improvise with what the day brings.
- You’re self-motivated and self-disciplined, you are positive, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- You’re a team player - you can work closely with the broader HR team to achieve great things
