**About the position**:
This role is an exciting challenge for an experienced scientist who is ready to step up into a management position. This will be a role where you will work closely with the Abbott team co-ordinating the provision of superior pathology services to the Adelaide region.

Your knowledge and experience will extend to the routine laboratory operations of biochemistry, haematology, blood banking, and microbiology.

**As Laboratory Manager you will**:

- Provide high quality and consistent pathology services to our stakeholders, both internal and external
- Oversee workflow and manage to day to day running of the laboratory
- Providing support and guidance to senior staff and Pathologists
- Drive ongoing improvements
- Provide timely and accurate reporting, advice and forecasting
