About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years in IT and a proven track record in developing and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.

This role is critical to ensuring business continuity and resilience across our IT infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of Disaster Recovery strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to assess current DR capabilities and identify gaps.
• Develop comprehensive DR plans, including risk assessments, impact analyses, recovery objectives, and testing protocols.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate DR scenarios.
• Ensure alignment of DR plans with business continuity strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the execution of DR tests and simulations and document outcomes and improvement actions.
• Provide detailed reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience in Disaster Recovery Planning, including plan development, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, data management, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Experience working in large complex environments is highly desirable.
