Human Resources Officer

A well established medical organisation looking for well rounded HR Officer.

Your new company
A busy and fast paced well established healthcare organisation serving the local and wider community is looking for a star Human Resources Officer to join their Human Resources team full time for a permanent role.

Your new role
- HR administrative activities including employee life cycle
- Recruitment including posting ads
- Set up internal training courses including venue coordination
- Book staff travel, accommodations and conferences
- Maintaining HR documents and personnel records as required
- OHS Quality & Risk Management and continual improvement process within the practice
- Relationships Management with key internal stakeholders and staff of all levels
- General administration support to the wider HR team when required
- Site visits when required

What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a medium to large organisation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Expert knowledge of the Fair Work Act
- High standards customer service
- Applicable knowledge of Awards
- Professional HR qualified
- Able to work independently and take initiative as part of team
- Your own transportation is required
