Start up human resources opportunity based in Perth CBD within the mining sector.

Our client is entering an exciting phase of their growth which includes new CBD based offices with a view, creation of new opportunities within the human resources team and automation for the future.

Reporting to the EGM of People and Culture, you will be integral in supporting the establishment of the transactional human resources function, the provision of generalist human resources support coupled with HR reporting and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Creation of effective tracking data for HR reporting
- Coordination and facilitation of performance review and salary review processes
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Contract preparation and amendments
- Coaching leaders on HR process, policies and procedures
- Management of transactional HR processes
- Ensuring adherence to required HR compliance
- Support process improvement and project related activity

A human resources or related qualification would be preferred, but it is essential that you possess a prior working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. Exposure to the resources sector or a related industry would also be preferable.
