About the role
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Writer to join our Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to create engaging and meaningful content for the Cevo website, social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, press releases, marketing collateral and internal communications. Working in a flat organisation structure, you will receive direct support from the Head of Marketing to help elevate your career. If you want to really contribute to growing business, be recognised and valued for the work you do, this is the right role for you. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify and develop compelling customer success stories that highlight the company’s value, benefits and impact
- Create engaging content for social media in line with the brand strategy and tone of voice
- Ideate, craft and edit entries for various industry awards, aligned to award criteria and an emphasis on the company’s technical expertise, thought leadership and value
- Maintain and refresh the content on the company website, ensuring accuracy, relevance and high engagement
- Review outgoing technical blogs for brand consistency, grammar and tone
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales collateral such as slide decks, website content, and other promotional materials
- Assist in the development and execution of copy for demand-generation marketing campaigns

- Craft copy to effectively communicate the company’s product offerings to key stakeholder
Who are you?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading and editing skills
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology
- Ability to digest technical or complex information and produce easy-to-understand written outputs tailored to the unique needs of various target audiences
- Strong organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Enthusiasm and a keen-to-learn attitude
- 2-4+ years’ experience in a communications, public relations, marketing or another related role
- A genuine interest in the technology industry
