This team has designed some of Australia’s most iconic buildings An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the wider Clients & Communications Team. You will be the person responsible for researching, writing, and publishing compelling digital content for social media channels, website, eDMs and Intranet with content assistance from the team. **Key Responsibilities**
- Research, write, and publish social media and web content that inspires and engages audiences and helps drive brand awareness across multiple audience segments
- In collaboration with comms team, prepare and execute the digital content plan, including ongoing planning, publishing, and monitoring of digital content
- Write purposeful, creative, and informative social media and web content that is aligned with the practice’s brand and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with the visual communications, media, and content teams to deliver campaign messaging that is on brand
- Contribute to internal communications including eDMs, invites, presentations, and intranet
- Support and contribute to external eDM campaigns
- Measure, report on and optimise digital content performance using social analytics and SEO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, collaborators, agencies, and staff
- Champion the brand, people, and projects by recruiting ambassadors from across the practice to help share a story with digital audiences
- Implement and maintain best practice workflows to deliver digital content tasks

**Skills and Experience**
- Outstanding writer and communicator with a natural ability to write short form content that stops people in their scrolling tracks
- Strong ability to synthesise complex information and adapt it to suit the brand and audiences
- Genuine interest in the built environment, design, sustainability, and the future
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in digital communications including writing, designing, and producing high quality, high impact content
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards
- Demonstrated deep understanding of the digital landscape including experience in paid social
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise, plan and juggle competing and changing deadlines
- First class attention to detail
- Confident user of digital platforms including Buffer, Google Analytics, WordPress, Semrush, Campaign, Monitor, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Desire to contribute to a positive working environment and culture
