- Experienced in using native social channels (organic and paid), as well as third-party scheduling and reporting tools and Drupal CMS?
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a cross-functional team and provide digital content advice and user insights?
The ‘Digital Content Officer' assists in developing and executing digital content for our website, intranet and social media channels.
To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated hands-on experience in developing tailored content plans and engaging organic and paid content for community and industry audiences across multiple channels. This includes planning, drafting, publishing, monitoring, moderating and evaluating content and digital publishing.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Engagement and working closely alongside the social media, digital content and website team, the role requires a mix of technical expertise, editorial skills and ability to interpret analytics to provide insights that inform future digital activity.
This position is part of the Digital Engagement team, who oversee the management of VHBA's digital channels and corporate website. As a key member of this team, you will work collaboratively with other team members including the strategic communications and media team, the project communications and engagement team who manage communications and engagement across our high risk and priority projects and creative services, who produce visual assets for print and video for use across our channels.
