**Introduction**:
We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor preferably with retail shopping centre experience who has the ability to manage a team of Security Officers as required. Positions will be based at one of our Retail sites at the Gold Coast.

**Description**:
Join a well established and supportive team working a varied role with tasks including but not limited to:

- Leading and managing a team of Security Officers
- Management of incidents
- Access control
- Client liaison
- Foot/Buggy patrols of the centre
- Incident response
- First Aid attendance
- Control room operation

The roster is a full time position Tuesday - Saturday with the following shift times:
**Tuesday**: 1200 hrs - 2100 hrs

**Wednesday**: 1200 hrs - 2100 hrs

**Thursday**: 1200 hrs - 2100 hrs

**Friday**: 0700 hrs - 1500 hrs

**Saturday**: 0700 hrs - 1500 hrs

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller and monitoring component
- Security Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Proof of Australian Work Rights
- Demonstrated Retail Shopping Centre experience
- The ability to work closely with the client and Securecorp to ensure all service deliveries are provided in line with client expectation and best practice.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent role as a Senior Security Officer
- Impeccable Administration skills
- Highly developed Leadership and Communication Skills
- Strong Time Management skills
- A proactive and innovative problem solver who leads by example and can build team cohesiveness
