**THE POSITION**

Wilson Security is seeking part-time Security Officers at the Gold Coast Airport. The primary objective of this role, is to act as a Parking Enforcement Officer of the Airport office and retail precinct

You will thrive in a concierge/customer service environment and provide excellent customer service to passengers, drivers and the general public.

**This position is part-time - Monday-Friday 0700-1400**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Security duties
- patrols, incident report writing and responding to incidents
- Act as a parking enforcement officer of the Airport office and retail precinct
- Promote and maintain consistent focus on the delivery of outstanding customer service for the general public
- Ad-hoc security duties

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Valid QLD security license
- Must be available Monday-Friday 0700-1400
- Full working rights
- QLD drivers license
- Valid first aid certificate
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure
