**What does the role involve?**

The Pricing Manager role is responsible for leading pricing and yield management across International Outbound product solutions, including the pricing plan that drives profitable new revenue growth and increased global market share. The position reports to the Head of International Pricing and business partners the International Product team.

The purpose of this position is to provide actionable business insights in developing and managing pricing strategy and segment plans including specific channel and segment initiatives to ensure long term viability and sustainability of the International Services business. The role supports the creation of the overall International product and offshore pricing and yield strategy including bilateral agreements, pricing and commercial requirements through negotiations with the international postal authorities and third party providers.

The role is instrumental not only for tactical pricing of complex & customised solutions to support outbound growth but also identifying future trends in the industry (and the corresponding value chain), taking into account market, industry and supply chain trends and our strategic pricing for the future.

This role will also:

- Support the design and development of the international pricing strategy to support bilateral pricing and commercial requirements, which optimise the yield (volume, pricing and cost to serve) performance of our International Services
- Build a detailed understanding of the Supply Chain to develop costing and pricing models to support complex / customised offers
- Proactively monitor, evaluate and provide strategic advice on International competitor pricing, value proposition and insights
- Provide analytical support to inform our commercial position in pricing and costing with the international postal authorities, international 3rd party providers and JV partner negotiations (working with the relevant segment or product owners)

**What experience will you have?**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Extensive experience and demonstrated successful delivery of a number of pricing initiatives or projects from conception to implementation and realisation of tangible benefits.
- Extensive experience of key market drivers, industry players and latest developments within International Transport or Courier/Parcel transport.
- Extensive industry intelligence, financial, economic and market data to influence the product strategies, product requirements and customer needs.
- Proven track record operating at C-Level stakeholders.
- Advanced stakeholder management in matrix organisation structures.
- Think expansively — Combines ideas in unique ways or makes connections between disparate ideas, explores different lines of thought; views situations from multiple approaches / solutions
