**Description**:
Right At Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers are currently seeking compassionate Care Workers residing in Byron Bay to provide high-quality holistic care to Aged Care and Disability clients in their home. This role includes helping people to do the task in their home that they are no longer to be able to do by themselves. Our innovation and culture support both our clients and our staff to lead happy and fulfilling lives.

We offer flexible hours, reimbursement of travel allowance in between services and we value our care givers.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Australian National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check with NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Double Covid - 19 Vaccinated
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle that is comprehensively insured.

**Preferred Skills**
- Assistance with Housekeeping - Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing and ironing clothes, bed making, meal preparation.
- Shopping - either with the client or from a list
- Transport to appointments and social outings
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in Aged/Community Care/Cleaning

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience working within a customer-centric role.
- Previous aged care, community and/or health care experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others.
- Available to work between 7am & 5pm.
