**About the Role |**
This well established Sunshine Coast Law Firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced property law secretary to join their growing team where you will work with well-known clients. The team has very good systems, resources and checklists in place to ensure your files are run smoothly. Core duties and responsibilities of the role include:

- Interacting with clients;
- Typing and formatting documents and correspondence;
- Preparing and lodging titles office forms;
- Running estate and other matters under supervision;
- Digital dictation;
- Bring ups and online searches; and
- General administrative duties of the team such as diary and file management (e.g. filing, bring ups, opening and archiving files).
