Sitting within a commercial and strategic HR function & reporting into a highly experienced and dynamic HR Director, you will form part of an APAC HR function that are innovative and sophisticated in their approach to people and culture.

We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join the team and provide hands-on HR and Recruitment support to the team. This role would suit an experienced HR Coordinator wanting to step up into an Advisor role, or a Recruiter wanting to broaden their generalist HR knowledge. In this role, it is important that you are customer-service focused & be strong analytically.

This role will be able to develop your skills across the whole employee lifecycle, with the key responsibilities for the role including:

- Manage the HR systems and ensure all data is updated and maintained
- Conduct HR reporting
- manage global mobility
- Conduct HR administration & coordination including management of onboarding and offboarding processing, preparing reports and updating policies and procedures
- Answer HR queries and provide general HR Advice to employees and leaders
- Ensure WHS compliance including conducting risk assessments, audits and providing advice
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from shortlisting through to on-boarding.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other suppliers
- Assist in salary benchmarking & administer the remuneration cycle

There is great scope for this company to develop & upskill you in the above role responsibilities, however as a minimum requirement, you must have the below skills and/or experience:

- Degree qualified in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- Prior experience in a HR Generalist role or Recruitment Specialist
- Previous experience in creating reports & experience in working with data
- Highly analytical & well organised
- Experience within recruitment
- Excellent communications, with a strong customer-service approach
