**About Us**:
The Housing Infrastructure Team administer a range of property management functions including tenancy and leasing process for teacher housing. Properties are leased from a range of sources including government owned and privately leased properties in rural and remote locations.
About the Role
As the Infrastructure Services Officer (leasing), you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Assisting with the preparation, analysis and presentation of data to ensure regular and accurate reporting on related activities.
Managing operational issues to ensure identified outcomes and timelines are met.
Preparing briefings and reports on leasing related matters and undertake record management activities.
Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of the work team.
Providing professional input into continuous improvement activities to ensure the development and promotion of best practices.
Assisting in developing and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures in related property management processes.
About You
You're conscientious - you have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary Government property management legislation, policies and procedures and capacity to provide professional advice relevant to real estate and property management.
You're motivated - you display drive for continuous business efficiencies and improvements in your work.
You're resilient - you have a proven ability to operate within a high-pressure environment, working autonomously and as a member of a team, and establish productive partnerships with external and internal clients to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
You're proactive - you have a proven ability to include best practice in the development, implementation and review of strategies, policies and procedures and to be responsive to emerging property management issues.
