**Your role**:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Territory Manager to join our passionate and high-performing team, managing a well-established customer base across Perth’s southern suburbs and regional areas including Bunbury, Busselton, and Margaret River. In this pivotal role, you’ll be working closely with painters and builders, supporting their businesses while driving new growth opportunities through strategic account management and prospecting.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, get out on the road, and make an impact. You’ll bring energy, resilience, and strong communication skills to a fast-moving, dynamic environment—navigating pricing conversations, building loyalty, and helping customers see the value Dulux brings beyond just price. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of trade customers, including painters and builder
- Build and grow customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Engage in cold calling and proactive territory development to expand the customer base
- Navigate pricing conversations and provide solutions-focused sales support
- Travel regularly across the southern corridor and regional WA (Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River)

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
- Resilient and self-motivated, with the ability to handle pushback and stay results-focused
- Experience in account management, cold calling, or trade-related sales preferred
- Proactive problem-solver who can have tough conversations and still build trust
- Passionate about career growth and development within a large, supportive organization
