We are a small business working in the solar and battery industry. Our company is looking to expand our admin staff currently there is one employee in the office and 5 out in the field, you would be working together in the office to help to plan, organize, quote and communicate with the workers on site and customer when needed; also can you please attach your Cover Letter writing and how you would suit the position.
10am-5pm starting off on 3 days a week then when experience has picked up move to 4 days.
**Requirements and skills**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- use of aroflo and open solar & others app
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities as we are a small business
- Knowledge of Apple and other office management software
- punctual
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
