Full-time ongoing position located in Richmond
- You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of all plant and equipment throughout the Hospital. You will be part of the Facilities Team and report to the Facilities Manager. You will make an impact by:

- Providing first line response to all urgent service requests;
- Liaising with stakeholders and ensure they are kept informed as to the status of service requests;
- Pro-actively reporting to the Facilities Manager any complications which may hinder the flow of service requests;
- Working hands-on either individually or with team members and contractors;
- Navigating and monitoring the Building Management System

**To be successful in these roles you will have**
- _ Building Operator_ - 5 years working in a facilities environment including the use of a BMS, able to work afternoon and evening shifts and computer literacy e.g. MS Office.
