**The Role**:
We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to hit the ground running within our business. Preferably with experience within the building industry, tiles and or stone, who is familiar with our industry and cliental. This person will be passionate about sales, customer experience and is tech savy.

Reporting into our Sales Manager, this role will operate primarily from our Richmond Head Office and Showroom.

We have
**uncapped commissions**, so what you achieve is really up to you
- Knowledge of tiles, stone and/or building industry experience
- Exceptional attitude and great work ethic
- Can lead and inspire a team to success
- Ability to understand client needs and build relationships
- Effective negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to drive our sales in our retail division
- Provide results, updates and reporting back to senior management
